Terms of service

These terms apply to orders placed with Little Jack Mountain Meats ("we", "us") through this website. By placing an order you agree to them.

Pickup only

We do not ship. All online orders are for pickup at 200 E Washington Ave #160, Burlington, WA 98233, Monday to Friday, noon to 6 pm (closed holidays). Orders are ready within 72 hours of being placed. We will hold your order for up to 5 days; after that we may cancel it and release the hold on your card.

Pricing and payment

Most products are priced per pound. Because every cut weighs a little differently, your card is authorized (held, not charged) for the estimated total when you order. At pickup we charge the exact weight on each package's label at the listed per-pound price. If the actual total is more than the estimate, we will collect the difference at pickup. Prices are in US dollars; the per-pound price shown when you order is the price you pay.

Availability

Product availability can change. If we can't fill part of your order, we'll contact you by email and won't charge you for items we can't provide.

Food safety

Our products are raw or cured meat. Keep them refrigerated or frozen and cook to safe internal temperatures. Once an order has been picked up, we are not responsible for how it is stored or handled.
