One of our smoked specialties and probably one that you may never have heard of...Un-cured Beef Bacon Bits. All the smoky deliciousness of pork bacon but using Beef Short Plate instead. The bits are an easy way of adding the bacon-ey goodness to your burgers, omlettes, soups and salads. Just bring them up to temperature for your desired level of crispness and you are ready to go without the added mess of having to dice up your cooked bacon. Sold frozen in approximate 1-pound packs.
