Rasher bacon is our take on English and Irish-style bacon: a meatier cut that includes the lean loin along with a strip of belly, so it eats more like ham than American streaky bacon. Cured and smoked in-house. Pan-fry over medium heat and serve with eggs for a proper fry-up.
